Cancellation Policy

 Please note that there is a 12-hour window for cancellations (refer to the Late Cancel policy below).

**No Show and Late Arrival Policy**

If you schedule a massage or bodywork treatment and either (a) do not show up or (b) arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled start time, we will charge you the full value of the treatment (100% of the treatment price). To make the most of your session, we recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and preparation. Please be aware that we do not provide refunds for missed treatments or those with late arrivals.

**Late Cancel Policy**

We strive to start all treatments on time to maintain the quality of service for all Members and Guests. If you need to cancel a scheduled treatment, please give us at least 12 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a charge of half the treatment's value (50% of the treatment price). We do not provide refunds for treatments that are not canceled properly.
